What payment method do you accept ?
On the default site we accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex via Stripe, a secure platform. A 5% fee (rounded) is included in the price for credit card payments. It is possible to pay by interac e-transfer (please contact me). It is also possible to pay cash at the workshop (by appointment) or on delivery within the limits of Val-d'Or (upon availability).
Is Stripe payment secure ?
Yes, Stripe payment is comparable to other online payment platforms like Square or PayPal.
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via Canada Post. if possible, the packaging chosen is the bubble envelope, there is no tracking number for this type of shipment.
Shipping costs include, in most cases, preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. I cannot combine two orders placed separately if they are delivered to different addresses but if you want to group for the same address please contact me as soon as possible, the shipping costs may change. It is also possible that the shipping price dont change by adding several products to the basket. If you think that the shipping price is to high, please contact me and I will check if I can do someting.

MAINTENANCE :
Metals react with products in the air, in the water and on your skin (ex. cream, perfume ...) and produce oxidation (colour change). Exposure to sunlight as well as humidity increases this reaction which is completely normal and can be easily remedied.
Be sure to clean the jewelry with a polishing cloth or dry microfiber, for dirt in crevices use a soft toothbrush. There are also specialized products for cleaning. When you are not wearing it, place the piece in an airtight bag, this will slow down the oxidation process and save you from cleaning.
*NOTE no product should be use on pearls or other organic materials, also be careful not to use any abrasive products on glass, precious or semi-precious stones.

HOW TO MESURE :
Measure your wrist with a soft tape measure or, failing that, a string and ruler. Go around your wrist without tightening too much. If you measure with a string, you will transfer the length of the thread to the ruler to find out the length. For a cuf style bracelet, measure at the widest point of your knuckles, compressing them as if you were putting on the bracelet.
To wear in 'exact size' use your measurement
For a bracelet with a loose fit, you will add 1 centimeter to this measurement.
For a very loose fit, you can go up to two centimeters more. Beyond that, you will take the risk of a bracelet that is too loose and risk losing it.
